Job Description

Customer Success & Implementation Specialist

Who we are

Health Rosetta has the audacious mission to fix our broken health care system. We build the blueprint for high-performance health benefits plans, using a practical approach based on what successful purchasers do. We drive its adoption by growing an emerging ecosystem and building technology and services to simplify adoption, creating a LEED-like blueprint. The Health Rosetta framework constantly evolves to include deeper insights and emerging approaches, creating components, case studies, data, and best practices sourced from experts and practitioners. We build the Health Rosetta into a platform of technology and supporting services that simplify architecting, implementing, and optimizing Health Rosetta-centric plans. Overwhelming demand for this platform is why we need you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work directly with Amy LeVrier and Sean Schantzen to expand adoption and implementation of Health Rosetta platform clients.
  • Manage and guide Advisors and their clients through platform adoption and implementation, including identifying and tracking milestones and deliverables.
  • Assess client needs to identify each client’s priorities and communicate the client vision, needs and priorities to other Health Rosetta team members
  • Provide training, education and support to platform clients.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of internal client data, including solution profiles, case study data, provider data and more.
  • Iterate and refine documentation, processes and best practices for how we do this work so that we get better every day.
  • Other activities yet to be determined to ensure our advisors and their clients are adopting the Health Rosetta platform at ever increasing rates.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience implementing self-funded health benefits plans. What has been your involvement with making sure that everything from plan design to plan docs to data integrations to member communications and stakeholder collaboration work together smoothly?
  • A love and skill for building and maintaining project plans and to do lists. How does this affinity manifest itself in your daily life?
  • Data and analysis-orientation. Do you wield pivot tables and vlookups with ease? Are you willing to methodically work through data scraping, cleansing and extended data entry when you know it’s critical to your end goal?
  • Solution-oriented curiosity, creativity and persistence. Our clients bring us their challenges and we bring our collective knowledge to bear to identify solutions that will work in a changing industry. Do you derive immense satisfaction from synthesizing information and ideas to craft new solutions to problems you’re presented with? Do unresolved issues both frustrate and motivate you?
  • Personal discipline, time management and technology skills to work remotely as part of a fast-paced, inter-connected team. Are you a natural goal-setter and enjoy just putting your head down and making things happen?
  • Excellence in interpersonal communications and relationship building. Are you someone that people want to talk to on the regular?
  • Gain energy from being in the midst of uncertainty in early stage companies and the opportunity that comes with it. Does flexing to help cover a variety of roles as needed sound like a grand adventure?
  • Strong, personal commitment to transforming our health care system so it works better for everyone. What is your personal story (fire in the belly) for fixing the health care system?
