Rosen exemplifies the basis of the Health Rosetta principles. We do nothing "normal" in health care. Our unique model of our on-site medical center with a referral-based program forms the HUB of our health plan. Our medical director has his hand on the pulse of any member in the hospital, and he strives to get members out of the hospital and into appropriate care quickly.

Within months of implementing the plan, the employees were in love with the plan. When I went onsite, employees would often express their gratitude for and appreciation of their new plan.
