Carolyn Perreault Grant has been in the group benefits industry for 21 years, after moving to Orlando to work for Walt Disney World. She has worked with ProvInsure, a division of Rosen Hotels and Resorts, for seven years and previously worked at J. Rolfe Davis Insurance. Carolyn is known for her strong work ethic, tenacity, her love of learning about the industry and for her outside-the-box approach to developing solutions for clients.
Rosen exemplifies the basis of the Health Rosetta principles. We do nothing "normal" in health care. Our unique model of our on-site medical center with a referral-based program forms the HUB of our health plan. Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is just completing their second full year of being in a self-funded/unbundled health plan. Members were quite nervous in the beginning with so many changes occurring: a direct primary care (DPC) network, pharmacy benefits manager (PBM), a nurse navigator and other solutions. Within months of implementing the plan, the employees were in love with the plan. When I went onsite, employees would often express their gratitude for and appreciation of their new plan.
