Colton Storla consistently strives for excellence. He is highly motivated to solve problems for employers related to employee benefits, including cost containment, claims analysis, pharmacy spend, employee engagement and education, open enrollment, online enrollment, wellbeing, and recruiting and retention strategies. At NRP, he helps design employee benefit programs that align with an organization’s culture and goals. With a proven approach used with over 4,000 employee benefits clients, Colton always aims to deliver the highest level of service.

Health and wellness have long played a central role in Colton’s life. Early lessons in healthy living carried through high school and collegiate sports and into his professional career. He earned a degree in physical education with an emphasis in strength and conditioning, eventually coaching alongside one of the nation’s most reputable strength and conditioning coaches, Chris Doyle. In his free time, Colton enjoys staying active through the gym, biking, running, and yoga, as well as boating, traveling, and spending time outdoors. When he’s not out and about, he’s likely in the kitchen or diving deeper into the insurance world, listening to podcasts, reading articles and books, and continuously advancing his industry knowledge to better serve his clients.
