Bio Bridge Global (BBG) lowered their employee contribution five years ago by 25% and it has remained unchanged since then. We also lowered the E/C and family tier contributions three years ago and those have remained unchanged since then. In mid 2023, we opened an onsite clinic, which is staffed by a physician 40 hours/week. The clinic is open to all employees, regardless of whether they are on the plan. If sourced appropriately, specialty and brand medications cost the members nothing. Generic maintenance medications are covered at 100%, as are all diabetic supplies (regardless of brand).
