All book of business sizes welcome. Whether you're serving small, mid-size, or large client bases there's a place for you. In fact, some strategies work better with smaller clients. Though there are fewer strategies for fully-insured groups under 50, if you're committed to the transition, we can help guide you.
You don't need to be a traditional broker. You do need expertise to lead plan design and purchasing. We've welcomed physicians, account managers, PTs, hospital CEOs, and even a former White House policy advisor who have all successfully transformed their careers.
Self-funding experience not required. Many advisors join our program without prior self-funding experience. What matters most is being mission-aligned with a passion to drive change. The program will fast-track your learning.

Application Fee: $98

First Year: $3,495 (includes 2026-2027)

Annual Renewal: $1,695/year (starts 2028)

Time Commitment

 

Monthly Education: 1 hour/month

Annual Conference (RosettaFest): 3 days in-person *optional

Community: Self-directed. Engage as much or as little as you'd like.

Simple Application Process

Complete The Basics. Tell us about your practice, experience, and complete profile information.
Submit Your Pathway Requirements.

Benefits Advisors: Complete a Plan Grader™ assessment for one of your client plans. The Fundamentals education course can be completed in parallel or after acceptance.

Clinicians & Career Switchers: If you don't have a client plan to assess, complete our Fundamentals education course instead (typically 6-10 hours).

Interview (Select Applicants). Our team reviews all applications. Some applicants may be invited for a brief 30-minute conversation to learn more about your goals and delve deeper into the application.
Review & Decision. Applications are reviewed within one week. Once accepted, you'll receive an invitation to complete onboarding and join the community.
