Jill Gordon is a partner in the Health Care group, co-chair of the Life Sciences practice, and a member of Nixon Peabody’s management committee. She primarily represents hospital systems, academic medical centers, digital health companies, and other clinical providers with respect to their growth and innovation strategy, including novel technologies and services for remote and mobile ambulatory care, facilitating incentive payment arrangements and financial risk-sharing, and partnering with employer-sponsored plans to create new benefit and payment design. Jill also provides transactional, general regulatory, and compliance advice with respect to all forms of health services providers and suppliers, particularly with respect to anti-kickback, self-referral, licensure, payment and other governmental compliance.
