Her varied background includes key positions with benefit carriers, third party administrators and benefit consulting firms. She specializes in providing expert employee benefit solutions to employers and effectively communicating health and welfare benefit plan options to employees. Tina is an excellent resource for our clients in benefit plan strategy and communication, plan funding arrangements, renewal negotiations, premium cost-sharing approaches, benefits administration, plan compliance, including ACA, as well as HR competencies.
