Rachel Hawkins is the founder and owner of Angler Insurance, located in Shelton, Washington. With over 15 years of experience in the benefits industry, she is dedicated to improving the healthcare landscape in her community with a passion for empowering employers to take control of their healthcare costs. She specializes in Medical Captives and educating employers on alternative funding options beyond traditional fully insured plans. With the use of technology, her team is able to help businesses streamline their benefits process.

It is frustrating to see health insurance premiums rise and benefits diminish, but Angler Insurance is committed to offering solutions to these challenges. She serves as the President of the Network of Tacoma and is an active member of the Mason County Chamber, along with other community organizations.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys fishing, cultivating her dahlia flower farm, and spending time with her husband, Rich, and their two children, Reese and Remy.
