Pat leverages his analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and extensive knowledge of the employee benefits market to create win-win scenarios for his clients and their workforce.

Pat is also a Master Sergeant in the Marine Corps Reserves, where he served for 22 years and retired in 2023. He takes great pride in his career and service to the country, as well as his role as a husband and father of three young children.
