I began working in the TPA and Self funded health plan world in 2017. Initially working as a
Sales Oversight Analyst helping brokers and employer groups to better understand their self
funded health plans. During my career I have held the role of Employer Relations Director,
Compliance Manager and Sr Plan Documents Manager. My expertise lies in navigating the
regulatory landscape to help ensure that health plans adhere to applicable federal and state
laws. I am skilled in developing and implementing compliance programs, performing
reviews/audits and providing informational tools and training to internal teams.
Outside of the world of compliance, I am passionate about coaching youth baseball, from t-ball
through to the high school level. Working on becoming a better photographer as well as a
stronger road and gravel cyclist. As a husband, father and grandfather, much of my personal
time is spent enjoying time with family. This gives a rich and rewarding balance to life. I am
originally from Wichita, Ks.. basically the middle of the map. I now live in the Atlanta Georgia
area.
