He stays current with business issues and training through his membership in the Vistage International CEO organization and meeting and working with local business leaders. He is a frequent speaker at executive leadership and training events. Before founding Advantage Benefit Solutions in 1982, Mark was a sales Senior Account Executive and Sales Manager at John Hancock in Houston, Texas. In 1980, he was responsible for developing a full-service employee benefit solution that provided a complete human resource back office, assisting small, medium and large sized businesses.
