Liz Antaya is a benefit advisor at Evergreen Benefits Group. Liz provides Insurance, Risk Management and Employee Benefit Consulting via a unique approach to benefit management to a select group of clients. She specializes in Cost Containment and Risk Mitigation and prides herself on her ability to be creative in designing innovative plans that are actively managed, and employer built. These plans improve cash flow and save money while offering better benefits to valued employees. These high value plans help to attract and retain top talent. She is proud to be a member of the Health Rosetta Group and fully believes in and supports the tenants which they uphold regarding transparency, value-based primary care, patient stewardship, active plan administration, open networks, high-performance plan design and transparent pharmacy benefits.

To continue sharpening her skills in the employee benefit realm Liz enrolled in the Master’s Degree program offered by the University of Lynchburg in Health Benefit Design and Health Informatics (the 1st of its kind) and graduated in January of 2021. This program has provided her invaluable knowledge, resources and access to industry leaders all over the nation.

Liz is committed to giving back to her community and is an alumnus of both Leadership Lakeland and Leadership Polk. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Chapters Health Foundation and is a past board member of the Lakeland Community Theater and the Lakeland Kiwanis Club. She has been an active member of the Mid-Florida SHRM chapter for years and a Co-Chair for Polk Wellness Professionals, a group that brings well-known nutrition experts to the central Florida area to share knowledge about how to live a healthier life to the community at large.

In her free time, she enjoys tennis, cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with her husband, Jason, and their two children, Adam and Carmen.
