Laurie MacDonald is a 35 veteran of the employee benefits industry, starting on the retirement and 401(k) side with TPAs and Fidelity Investments and moving to the healthcare side in 2000, a new millennium. After integrating into the Tampa Bay benefits community as a sales rep for CIGNA Healthcare, she joined her husband to open a new agency in 2002. Laurie is the past president of the Tampa Bay Association of Health Underwriters and former board member of SHRM’s Suncoast HR. She works vigorously to stay on trend to create the most innovative benefits packages yielding the highest value to employees and employers.
