“Kelly Fristoe is the President of Financial Partners in Wichita Falls, Texas. His career in the insurance industry began in 1990. Over the course of his career his primary focus has been in the health insurance and employee benefit markets. Healthcare and healthcare financing is more complicated today than it ever has been. It’s constantly changing, creating more uncertainties, and people are desperate to get the right advice and wisdom. These years of experience and knowledge allows Kelly to get people the right answers and to help them make sense of it so they can make the best financial decision possible. Over the years Kelly has been interviewed by numerous news and media outlets including Fox News, Politico, the Associated Press, the Houston Chronicle, CNN Money, New York Times, and others related to the Affordable Care Act and its effect on consumers.
Kelly is an Executive Board Member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and has been a part of that organization throughout his career. He has received numerous awards and accolades for legislative work at both the State and Federal level pertaining to healthcare financing policy development. He also serves as a board member for United Regional Hospital which allows him to use his unique industry perspective and insight to help improve what the hospital system can do for the local community.
Kelly is a Chairman’s Council Member of the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce and very active in the local community. He also serves on the board of directors of Wichita Christian School. He has been married to his wife, Jana since 1989 and they have 3 daughters. Jana works as a Registered Nurse. They spend much of their time being a part of their children’s and grandchildren’s live and activities.”
