Kelly is a Chairman’s Council Member of the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce and very active in the local community. He also serves on the board of directors of Wichita Christian School. He has been married to his wife, Jana since 1989 and they have 3 daughters. Jana works as a Registered Nurse. They spend much of their time being a part of their children’s and grandchildren’s live and activities.”
