Joshua Jeffries is an experienced Health Reform strategist, employee benefit and HR information systems expert. Josh currently works with employers assisting them in designing and managing alternate funded, consumer focused, programs that ensure the highest perceived value of total reward programs at the most efficient cost possible. Josh earned his SPHR certification in 2007 and completed his MBA at The University of Maryland with a focus in leadership and finance in 2011. Josh combines his professional training and experience to work with CFO’s and HR teams to develop industry leading employee benefit and total compensation strategies.
