Joseph is a USMC veteran who started work in insurance in 2006 selling voluntary worksite products. After extensive work with brokers, he opened his own firm in 2013. Using an Industrial and Organizational Psychology styled approach to benefits, they not only analyze data to create value based outcomes in plan design, as well as data driven funding decisions, but they scrutinize ease of administration and HR capacities to ensure Payroll, HR modules, Compliance, and Benefit Administration platforms work together to share an integrated experience for all users. He holds an REBC designation from NABIP and is a member of their LPRT leadership counsel at the Soaring Eagle level for the last 3 years.
