Jeff Evans is a risk manager and employee benefits advisor. He spent over 20 years on the wholesale side of the industry marketing and developing a wide variety products for the group and individual markets, and worked with most of the major carriers, a variety of third party administrators, and various other service providers. This provided him with a different perspective than most by allowing him to see the development, underwriting, reinsurance placement, administration, and ongoing management of products and blocks of business. His past experience working with both carriers and brokers, and recognizing the flaws in the products available, drove him to focus on constantly improving the products that are available in the market. His focus now is working with employers to manage the risk with their employee benefits and turn their benefits programs from an Albatross into an Asset. He and his wife, Tammy, have two grown children, Josh and Blaire. He enjoys giving back to the insurance industry as an instructor for the National Alliance for Insurance Research and Education. In his spare time he enjoys time with my family, hunting and fishing, and watching college football and softball.
