Heather Sodon serves as a Benefit Consultant at Insurance Offices of America. She has more than 22 years of experience in the business industry. She has experience with fully insured and self-insured contracts for accounts of all sizes. Working with nationwide employers, Heather has gained a strong knowledge of employment trends and best practices to better prepare her clients for the future as the Affordable Care Act continuously change’s today’s workforce. As a client’s advocate, Heather’s primary responsibility is to help client’s design benefit packages that their employees will appreciate and use. Heather is committed to community service, and is involved with numerous non-profit organizations. She has taken an active role in the NYS Women Inc., as vice president for the Greater Binghamton Chapter.
