Eric Dreyfus joined HUB International as a Senior Vice President/Senior Client Advisor after spending almost 30 years in the employee benefits industry. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science from Indiana University, Eric began his career as an underwriter with MetLife. His perspective on underwriting and risk management provided an ideal foundation for a move over to benefits consulting. He used this knowledge to assist employers with strategic planning, cost containment and risk mitigation by becoming a Lead Consultant for global risk consulting firm, Mercer, before later starting the Indianapolis office as a Vice President for a national employee benefits consulting firm, Hays Companies. Recently, Eric spent time in building significant books of business and providing sales leadership through mentoring and coaching with local Indianapolis firm, Apex Benefits, and nationally with AssuredPartners.
