Liz Button is a passionate advocate for sustainable employee benefits and living wages. In developing the HR benefits for her James Beard award-winning restaurant, Curate, she delved into the Health Rosetta model to break away from brokers who recommended full-service plans. By focusing on Direct Primary Care relationships with several area providers, she has seen her team of more than 170 lives enthusiastically utilize these services and recommend them to fellow restaurant employers and employees in the region. Liz has taken the DPC model one step further by integrating her family’s personal dental provider to start the first dental DPC model with low monthly membership costs and transparent pricing. Liz is an advocate for health care savings, quality care, affordable housing, and policy change to provide better economic and health initiatives for the hospitality industry and her community.
