His background spans sales, implementation, and servicing of benefits programs for employers of all sizes—from small groups to large organizations. He brings deep expertise in alternative funding arrangements, captive programs, and partially self-funded solutions.
David is passionate about empowering employers with funding strategies that provide complete transparency, accountability, and control of their healthcare spend. He specializes in proactive cost-containment strategies, including Direct Primary Care, concierge navigation services, and innovative solutions that support high-quality outcomes and long-term sustainability for employees and their families.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife Liz, daughters Halle and Gretchen, his brother Dean, and his extended family and lifelong friends from Oberlin. He’s a proud Phi Kappa Psi fraternity brother and a true Cleveland sports fan—with a special connection to Minnesota roots, favoring the Vikings, and Prince. He’s also an avid runner and golfer who enjoys music, cooking, traveling, movies, and continuous learning.
