Chris was a founding partner Embrook Benefits, which was acquired by KMRD Partners in 2019.. Based in Warrington, PA, KMRD empowers mid-sized organizations throughout the Mid-Atlantic to lower their health care spend while simultaneously improving the administration of benefit plans and other HR headaches. Their proprietary 4D Process enables organizations to evaluate if they can take advantage of newer, innovative health care strategies to lower costs while improving benefits.

At KMRD, Chris’ passion is to allow companies to apply the same cost-control practices they leverage in other parts of the organization to their healthcare costs – the process eliminates wasted expenses, redirects dollars to produce a measurable ROI, and optimizes the employee healthcare experience creating a more loyal, productive, and profitable workforce.

Chris has been involved with the Health Rosetta organization since 2017 and credits it and fellow Health Rosetta advisors as his inspiration to help change the health care system one employer at a time.
