Ann Blair Gribbin joined Cobbs Allen in July of 2008 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. She works with CFO’s and Human Resource Professionals to develop long term strategic goals for their Health and Welfare programs. She is responsible for reassessing and modifying client risk management programs for process improvement and program development to meet a client’s shift in needs and ultimately create a sustainable benefits package.
