Alex Dampf’s belief that there was a better way to deploy employee benefits lead him to found a new agency, Oakmont Benefits Group. Alex is a numbers guy and a people person. With a degree from Lipscomb University where in majored in Finance, Economics & Marketing, he enjoys helping business leaders transition wasted benefits dollars into working capital to grow their business and maximize profitability.

He has served on the board as education chair of the Middle Tennessee Association of Health Underwriters and a member of the Middle TN Employee Benefits Council. Alex is an endorsed partner of the TN Trucking Association having created a stop loss captive for its members in 2014.
