Founder of UBF, I am grateful to be a part of the UBF team, working to make a difference in three areas. As a consultant, I share ideas about human capital, talent, employee benefits, and the future of work, with a particular focus on how these areas affect corporate culture. Meanwhile, as a manager, I serve a very smart, industrious, and caring team of consultants in helping them achieve their lifelong goals. Finally, I am a coach, who is active in the community, helping underserved young people achieve their potential and breakthrough the barriers to success.
