Health Rosetta Advisor Program Application

Apply to be a Health Rosetta Advisor

Advisor Program applications are now open!
Application deadline: May 31 @ 11:59pm Pacific

This is the only cohort we’ll accept this year. Start your application today.

We’re excited to start this journey with you!

Application Process Overview: The initial application phase helps us get to know you and your experience, organization, expertise, and goals to ensure there is a good fit. The next phase of the application includes a more extensive dive through a Plan Grader™ and Health Rosetta Fundamentals course. After a review of application materials, we will extend an invitation to a select group to complete a short interview. If accepted, you’ll be on your way to being part of the 2024 Cohort of the Health Rosetta Advisor Program!

Initial application materials must be complete by May 31 @ 11:59pm PT, 2024 to be considered into this year’s cohort.

A few logistical considerations:

  • The next screen will be a login screen -- use the “Sign Up” option for your first visit.
  • After signing up, you will need to verify your email. After you click the verification link, it should display the application steps. If not, come back here and click the button below again.
  • The application process does not work on mobile devices, Internet Explorer and older browser versions.
