With over 15 years in the business, Alexis works as a Senior Benefits Consultant for Alera Group. She specializes in self-funded clients and has a special interest in compliance. She has worked in many facets of the business, including the carrier side, enrollment services, and now on the consulting side.

Alexis considers herself a lifelong learner and completed her Master’s Degree in Law from Pitt Law, with a graduate certificate in Healthcare Compliance Law in 2024. She took over the role of Pennsylvania Legislative Committee Chair in July of 2024. She also sits on the Employer Benefits Working Group for the Legislative team at the national level. Alexis considers her relationship with the association to be among the most rewarding parts of her time in the industry and enjoys helping lawmakers understand the needs of our membership and customers.
