With a background spanning leadership, operations, and federal program administration, I bring a strategic and service-driven approach to helping organizations achieve their goals.

My career has been shaped by a passion for problem-solving, mentorship, and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Health Rosetta, I gained extensive experience at the Social Security Administration, where I mentored and trained new employees and hosted internal training sessions. I later transitioned to FEDlogic, where I advanced to Senior Director of Operations, overseeing workflows and process improvements that drove efficiency and client success. These experiences have honed my ability to analyze complex challenges, develop effective solutions, and collaborate across teams to create meaningful impact.

At my core, I am committed to doing the right thing—even when it’s difficult. Integrity and ethical decision-making have been guiding principles throughout my career, and they align deeply with Health Rosetta’s mission of transforming healthcare by prioritizing transparency, value, and long-term impact. I believe that by fostering trust, collaboration, and strategic thinking, we can create sustainable solutions that benefit individuals and communities alike.

I hold a BS in Marketing from Northern Michigan University and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Champlain College, both of which have reinforced my dedication to authenticity and continuous learning. Outside of work, I am actively involved in my community, volunteering as a youth soccer coach and supporting initiatives that foster leadership and development.
